Valmiera Cup 2013 will be in August
Annual hot air balloon fiesta and Latvian National Championship in hot air ballooning will take place in August 7 - 11 in Valmiera city. Participants are invited to apply until 22nd of July.
Event will start on Wednesday, 7th of August with check in followed by morning briefing and morning flight on 8th of August. Last flight day is Sunday, 11th of August.
This year is special since event is going to be organized together with celebration of 730 years of Valmiera city & there will be officials from 11 different countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Romania, Island, Italy, Portugal, Spain. Most of them - international volunteers participating within EU program "Youth in Action" supported under measure European Voluntary Service with project called "Valmiera Cup 2013".
